Accommodation has been reserved in various price categories throughout Edinburgh at preferential rates per room per night. Rooms will be offered on a ‘first come first served basis’.

Reservations
Reservations should be made on the official Registration Form and must be secured by either a sterling cheque drawn on a UK bank or payment by credit card for the deposit. Reservations must be received by 12th July 2007, thereafter accommodation will be subject to availability.

Payments received by Concorde Services will be passed to the hotel and any outstanding balances must be settled in full directly with the hotel prior to departure.

Category C - Edinburgh City Travel Inn
Full payment is required for the Edinburgh City Travel Inn. Please note that there is an administration charge is included in the rate for this hotel.

Cancellations, Amendments and Substitutions
Cancellations must be received in writing to Concorde Services Ltd before 12th July 2007. Prior to this date deposits will be refunded less a £50 administration charge. After 12th July 2007 deposits are non-refundable. However, substitution of attendees may be made at any time.

In the event of non-arrival the hotel will release the reservation by 0900 hours the following day and the deposit is nonrefundable. Hotels reserve the right to charge the full cost of any booking in the event of any nights cancelled after 12th July 2007.

Cancellation for the Edinburgh City Travel Inn must be received in writing by Concorde Services Ltd before 12th July 2007 for a refund less a £50 administration charge. After 12th July 2007 full payment is not refundable.

Concorde Services will endeavour to meet all accommodation requests. However, should your preferred accommodation choice be unavailable, Concorde Services Ltd, reserves the right to make your booking at the nearest available alternative.
