Payment
Payment should be made in advance of the Congress by one
of the following methods:
1. MasterCard/Visa. Please note that all fees paid by credit card will be charged at the actual exchange rate at the time of the transaction. No other credit cards can be
accepted.
2. Cheque or banker’s draft, in pounds sterling only, drawn on a UK bank made payable to ‘Concorde Services/Prion’

Cancellation
Notification of cancellations must be sent, in writing, to the Congress Organisers. Cancellations will be accepted until 12th July 2007 with a refund of all fees except for an administration fee of 25%. No refunds can be made for cancellations received on or after 13th July 2007. Substitutions of attendees can be made at any time.

Optional Events
Delegates and accompanying persons may purchase tickets for the pre-congress course, Gala Dinner and optional tours.
Please note that registration for optional tours and events will be confirmed upon payment of ‘first come-first served’ basis. Participation in events included in the registration fee must also be marked on the form. A restriction in the number of delegates on certain tours and events may be necessary.

Registration in Edinburgh
On-site registration will start from Tuesday 25th September
2007. The registration desks will be located in the Strathblane Foyer at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre.

On behalf of the NeuroPrion Cervids Working Group we invite you to attend a one-day workshop which will be held in Edinburgh, Scotland, the day before the Prion 2007 Conference starts. The programme will include oral presentations from renowned researchers working on Chronic Wasting Disease in North America and Canada, and from scientists involved in the European surveillance of cervids for TSEs.

We therefore invite you to register for the workshop and request that you send any abstracts for oral presentation that you may have to the coordinator (please send your abstract to the email below, please do not use the on-line abstract submission for pre-congress workshop abstracts). Please come and share your scientific progress in the attractive and historical setting of Edinburgh.
