Submission of Abstracts

Confirmation of Receipt of Abstracts
If requested you will be automatically sent an acknowledgement via email, to confirm that your abstract has been received. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours of submitting your abstract please contact the Congress Organisers immediately.

Notification of Abstract Acceptance
Authors will be informed whether their abstract has been accepted by 21st June 2007. Please note that all presenters of abstracts will be expected to register for the Congress at the appropriate rate. Please note that if a presenter does not register then their abstract will not be printed in the book of abstracts.

Amendments to Abstracts
Please check your abstract submission carefully, as you will not be able to make any amendments. Please pay particular attention to any co-authors, institutions and countries.

Reproduction of Accepted Abstracts
Abstracts will be published in the congress book of abstracts

Poster Prizes
There will be a number of poster sessions during the congress during which delegates will be able to discuss with the authors some of their latest research. The first of these sessions will take place on the first evening of the conference as part of a Welcome Reception. During the conference delegates will be invited to vote for their favourite posters and the primary author of the poster with the greatest number of votes in each session will then be invited to make a short oral presentation. Prizes will be awarded for the best posters.
